Keith's Ceremonial Cacao is made from carefully selected cocoa beans from sustainable plantations in Central and South America. The cocoa is grown in natural rainforest ecosystems where nature, the soil and traditional farming methods are respected, without the use of harmful chemicals. The production is based on fair trade and support for local communities.
All cocoa is handmade in the community of San Marcos la Laguna in Guatemala, where production supports over 30 families.

WHY PURE CEREMONY COCOA?
Ceremonial cocoa is a nutritious and life-giving drink that can replace coffee and provide steady, natural energy without the jitters. Cocoa supports the functioning of the nervous system, heart and mental balance, and is rich in flavonoids and antioxidants that strengthen the immune system.
Cocoa also contains tryptophan, which promotes the production of serotonin, which can increase well-being and a positive state of mind. In addition, it contains neurotransmitters such as anandamide and endocannabinoids, which are associated with feelings of euphoria, calmness, and focus.
Keith's Ceremonial Cacao is equally suitable for morning routines, meditation, cacao circles, spiritual work, or as part of a healthy diet.

PREPARATION OF THE KAKORI RITUAL
Chop approx. 20 g of cocoa with a knife.
Heat up water (180–200 ml) or herbal drink of your choice.
Place chopped cocoa in a saucepan and gradually add hot water (not boiling).
Stir until the cocoa dissolves.
Add the rest of the water.
If a pot is not available, a blender or milk frother can be used.
The drink is naturally bitter, but dates, honey, or a little sugar can be added.
For increased effectiveness, cinnamon, cardamom, chili, ashwagandha, turmeric or ginger can be added.

Instructions for use
Although a “ceremonial dose” of 40 g is generally recommended, we recommend not exceeding 30 g per day. For daily use, it is best to aim for 10–15 g.
Since cocoa is 100% pure cocoa mass, it provides a lot of energy, and therefore it is important to consume it consciously and in moderation as part of a varied diet.
Consult a specialist if you are pregnant or have serious heart problems.
The stimulating effects of cocoa usually begin about 30 minutes after consumption.
It is recommended to drink plenty of water before and after consumption.
