Instructions for use

1) Drink from the root
• Boil 20–30 g of ginseng in 1 liter of water for 2+ hours
• Drink the broth for daily health support

2) Ginseng liqueur/extract
• Place ~150 g of root in a sterilized container with wine/brandy

• Leave to stand in a cool, dry place until fully formed.

3) Cuisine
• Can be used in soups and steam cooking as a medicinal nutrient
