This precious, rare and unique Fino de Aroma cocoa originates in the heart of the natural environment of Jiquilisco Bay in the Usulután region of El Salvador, where for decades, Fino de Aroma cocoa has been cultivated sustainably, respectfully and with ancient and inherited genetic traits.

WHY PURE CEREMONY COCOA?
Cocoa was considered sacred by the ancient peoples of Central America and is rich in nutrients that support the nervous system , heart , and well-being .
It contains flavonoids and tryptophan , which promotes the production of serotonin – the happiness hormone – and activates anandamide , the “bliss molecule”, which provides inner peace and well-being.
PREPARATION OF A PERSONAL KAKORITUAL:
- Chop approx. 20 g of cocoa with a knife.
- Heat up water (180–200 ml) or herbal drink of your choice.
- Place the chopped cocoa in a saucepan and gradually add hot water (not boiling, as this will damage the flavor and properties of the cocoa); stir until dissolved.
- Add the rest of the water. If a pot is not available, you can use a blender or milk frother.
- The traditional drink is bitter, but if necessary, dates, honey, or sugar can be added.
- For effectiveness, it is good to use medicinal herbs and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, chili, ashwagandha, turmeric or ginger.
Instructions for use:
Although a "ceremonial dose" of 40g per person is generally recommended, we recommend not exceeding 30g daily. For daily and regular consumption, it is best to aim for 10–15g.
Since cocoa consists only of pure cocoa mass, it provides an enormous amount of energy, and it is therefore important to consume it consciously and in moderation, as part of a varied and nutritious diet.
Consult a specialist if you are pregnant or have serious heart problems.
The stimulating effects of cocoa begin about half an hour after consumption. We recommend drinking water before and after drinking cocoa to improve absorption and digestion.
